TERMS AND CONDITONS

Discount Club card, sales, returns and refunds

We operate what we think is a fair and simple set of terms and conditions. They are in place to protect both you and us. We have worded it as plainly and as simply as possible and in an uncomplicated way. so we all know where we stand. Please contact us before purchasing products if you have any concerns or questions, we genuinely want you to be happy with both the product and our service.
All orders smaller then tha recommended size will be delayed by 24hrs or untill we receive a reply to our comfirmation email:-

Products will be posted once payment is received in full.


We offer a 14 day refund policy. This is 14 days from when you receive the product. We consider this long enough to determine whether the products are to your satisfaction. Always inspect your product thoroughly.
You must notify us by email of your intention to return products within seven days and the goods must be returned immediately after your notification.

We will not refund or exchange if reports come to us after 14 days whatever the reason for doing so, or for the following reson

Small quantities of 3ft,60cm or 18" sheet or strip are extremely vulnerable especially when packed alone. Reluctantly we have to say that these orders are sent at the customers risk, and that we are unable to replace goods broken in transit.

We aim to pack our goods securly for transit through Royal Mail or carrier, were possible, we will re-uses packaging materials in the interests of economy and environmental concerns. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. A refund or exchange of product will then be offered. we


Any returned products must be unused and in the condition in which sent to you with all / any packaging and any tags. Products will be returned to you if considered to have simply been used.Do not cheat !
Returning postage is at your expense. We recommend recorded delivery in case parcel goes missing then you can make a claim to Royal mail. The claim is your responsibility not ours. We will not issue a refund if returning parcel 'gets lost' however you send it.

Refunds are given on the cost of the product. We will not refund the postage cost.
Refunds will be issued immediately after we receive the product and will be returned in the same way it was paid for, i.e. if you pay using Paypal we will refund you via Paypal.

We usually send products out within two days after payment has been received. If sunday or a bank holiday is in the way we will send out the day after. We will email you when goods are posted and supply a tracking number if using recorded delivery. We do not use your email address for advertising or any other purpose
If paying with card through Google or Paypal we will only post to the address to which the card is registered, unless prearranged
All products are sent out using recorded delivery or a certificate of posting. We recommend recorded always, we will only refund or replace missing products after two weeks if sent with a certificate of posting. As we all know parcels can go missing for weeks before arriving when sent with Royal mail. The item must be considered officially lost by Royal mail before an exchange or refund is given.

We are in this business to supply good quality products at good prices. We think the above terms are fair. By purchasing products from us you are agreeing to the above terms of trading.

Discount Club card

The card will remain the property of R & R Hobbies, and are valid at the addresses shown on the card, they are NOT valid for mail order, Ebay or Internet sales.

All offers are subject to change without notice, The Management's decision is final.

Cards are not transferable, Cards must be presented at the time of purchase.

£5 charge to replace lost card

ALL TRAIN PACKS AND TRAIN SETS ARE SPECIAL PRICES SO ARE SUBJECT TO THE 5% DISCOUNT WITH THE DISCOUNT CLUB CARD

10% discount will be given on the standard stock & paint price total, Sale,reduced will be added and a further 5% discount will be given on the final total. 

LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

U.K. ADDRESSES
In the unfortunate case where a order has not arrived within 14 days we should be informed, and a replacement will be sent on the next working day
If a refund is required as it is recommended by Royal Mail that a claim for lost item should be made after 21 days after posting as the items could be "returned to sender". A full refund will be made to the customer on the 22nd day after posting on the understanding that if the items turn up they will be paid for in full or returned and if they turn up before the 21st day we are informed via Ebay message service.
OVERSEAS ADDRESSES
In the unfortunate case where a order has not arrived within 14 days we should be informed, as recommended by Royal Mail a claim for lost item should be made  21 days after posting as the items could be "returned to sender". A full refund will be made to the customer on the 22nd day after posting on the understanding that if the items turn up they will be paid for in full or returned and if they turn up before the 21st day we are informed via Ebay message service.
